DBK series single phase low voltage and high current control transformer is a new generation transformer independently designed, developed and manufactured according to current market information. It is widely used in industrial equipment, with a rated frequency of 50/60Hz and a power supply voltage not exceeding 500V, providing low voltage and high current for the equipment.

 

Operating environment

1. When the ambient temperature is between -5℃ and 40℃ and the monthly average temperature does not exceed 30℃, it can work uninterruptedly for a long time;
2. The installation location is not more than 1000 meters above sea level.

The JBK5 series control transformer is the latest control transformer series introduced by our company from Germany in the mid-1990s. Based on the domestic JBK3 series control transformer, after years of further absorbing similar foreign products, the terminal structure of foreign advanced methods is selected, and the terminal and the frame are combined to increase the protection level to IP2LX to prevent accidental contact with the circuit. The domestic T cold-pressed terminal is adopted, and the wiring method can increase the density of wiring.
The connection between the silicon steel sheets of the transformer and the connection between the silicon steel sheets and the bottom plate are all welded by argon arc welding to form a whole, which is simple and clear. In particular, the bottom plate is formed in one go, and the installation size is more convenient than the JBK3 series. The use of high-quality anti-corrosion alloy materials greatly improves the reliability of grounding performance and comprehensively improves product quality. This product complies with relevant international and national standards such as VDE0550, IEC204-1, IEC439, JB5555, GB5226, and has won the European Community"CE"certification, which can be used interchangeably with foreign products.
JBK5 series control transformers are suitable for AC 50/60Hz, input voltage not exceeding 1120V, and output rated voltage not exceeding 1120V. They are used as power supplies for mechanical equipment in various industries, general electrical control power supplies, and working and signal lights.
