We use high-quality materials and advanced process technology to produce three phase transformers between 160VA and 10KVA. The JSG series three phase dry type transformers are the latest transformers developed by our company for CNC systems based on similar products of Siemens. Especially the three phase dry type transformers between 160VA and 10KVA, the installation dimensions of the product appearance have been standardized, which is common with the Siemens 4AP series. The products comply with international standards such as VDE0550, IEC439, JB5555, and GB5226.
The JSG series three phase dry type transformers are widely used in various three-phase power supply occasions with AC 50/60Hz and input and output voltages not exceeding 1120V.
The various input and output voltages, connection groups, the number and position of adjustment taps (generally ±5%), the distribution of winding capacity, the configuration of secondary single-phase windings, the use of rectifier circuits, and whether to require a casing, etc., can all be carefully designed and manufactured according to user requirements.

Three phase dry type transformer (also called dry-type transformer, dry-type distribution transformer, resin-insulated transformer, epoxy resin cast transformer, oil-free transformer) is an important power equipment that works on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When three-phase AC current flows through the primary winding, the generated alternating magnetic field is coupled to the secondary winding through the iron core, inducing the corresponding three-phase voltage, thereby realizing the voltage rise and fall conversion, which is widely used in industrial and commercial environments.

Advantages of three phase dry type transformer

Three phase dry type transformers do not use oil and flammable resin, which reduces the risk of fire and explosion, and there is no possibility of partial discharge and"cracking"during operation.

The coils are made of NOMEX insulation material, and are impregnated with H-class solvent-free impregnation paint multiple times by VPI vacuum pressure equipment, and are cured by high-temperature baking multiple times. The product is H-class (180 degrees Celsius), and the main insulation material is C-class (220 degrees Celsius), with strong overload capacity and good short-circuit resistance. Under good ventilation, 20% overload operation is allowed.

After the product life ends, steel, iron and other materials are easy to recycle; all NOMEX paper used will not release toxic substances when burned; other insulation materials can be degraded and will not pollute the environment; the product has low loss and energy saving; low noise and flexible design.
